Every Boogles Social experience is led by trained Boogles Play Partners — warm, adaptable and experienced in facilitating meaningful activities for littles. They do far more than supervise a table.
Parents and guardians stay at the event and remain responsible for their children; our Play Partners lead the experience right alongside them.

Every booking starts with a short call and a written proposal. Prices below are the starting point; materials, keepsakes, setup and cleanup are always included.

Larger guest counts may need additional Play Partners. Specialty materials, highly customized activities and travel outside York and Peel may affect the final quote — anything like that is spelled out in your proposal before you commit.

Because families already know and follow Boogles, we can also promote your activation to our community by email and social, and set up bookable time slots to keep a steady flow of families coming through.

We arrive early, run the experience and pack everything away. Nothing left for you to manage.
Our experiences are designed for littles from about 18 months to 10 years. Corporate groups often span a wider range, so we adapt materials and challenge level — younger children participate confidently while older kids stay engaged. Send us the age breakdown and we’ll plan around it.
It depends on ages, space and how long the event runs. Signature Socials include two Play Partners; for larger groups we add staffing and outline it in your proposal. Our Hillcrest Playhouse holds up to 75 adults and children combined.
Yes. Boogles Social takes place within your event and parents and guardians remain responsible for their children. Our Play Partners lead the activities so adults can be nearby and fully present.
Usually a defined area, tables (low ones are ideal for little ones) and load-in timing. Any requirements such as power, water or access are confirmed in your proposal. We bring the programming, materials, styling and team.
Yes. We tailor activities to your theme, colours, venue and the season. Fully branded activations are custom-quoted as a Branded Social, with any design or specialty-material costs clearly listed up front.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to arrange your own lunch or dinner, and we’ll set up the tables and celebration area around your catering plans. Evening timing at Hillcrest follows mall hours.
A 50% deposit by secure payment link confirms your date; the balance and any extras are set out in your proposal. Cancellations more than 7 days out are fully refunded, within 7 days 50% is refunded, and within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
Our core area is York and Peel, and we bring Boogles Social to venues across the GTA. Travel outside our core area may carry a fee, always shown in your proposal.
